English is essential for any job or studies you might want to follow.

If English is not your first language and you need to improve your communication skills, we can help you.

We run ESOL courses (English for Speakers of Other Languages) at different levels to suit your needs. The courses will help you improve your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. 

Each term ends with a nationally recognised language exam, such as City and Guilds and Pearson.

Preparation for UK Visas, Citizenship and Settlement: Are you looking to become a British citizen? Do you want to extend your UK visa? We can help prepare you for the UK Visa Extension and ‘Life in the UK’ exams.

There are different levels of ESOL classes so when you apply, you will come for an assessment to check which level class would be the best for you to join. You will study all aspects of the English language, including speaking and listening, reading and writing, grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.

Courses are part-time, in the daytime or evening.

Courses are divided into three terms and the cost for each term is £275. This might be lower, or higher, depending on your personal circumstances.

Because of the high demand for English language lessons, we have made a range of courses that will support the large number of asylum seekers who are hoping to enrol onto our courses at our colleges.

We are working with local authorities and charities to help refugees and asylum seekers get the essential skills that they need to transition into life and work in the United Kingdom.
