On the Foundation Travel and Tourism Pathway, you will learn through project-based and practical activities, with assessment taking place continuously rather than through formal exams. Projects are designed around realistic travel, tourism and customer service scenarios, helping you build confidence, skills and industry awareness in a supportive environment.
Alongside your travel and tourism studies, you will work towards improving your English, maths and IT skills, which are essential for success in further study and employment.
You will be supported by experienced staff throughout the programme and will receive advice and guidance to help you plan your next steps, whether that is progressing within the college, moving on to an apprenticeship or entering employment.
We work in partnership with external organisations and employers to ensure learning and project work reflect the skills, behaviours and expectations of the travel and tourism sector.
