College Clearing 2021

Your final chance at getting an FE college place for this September, not including Higher Education (HE) courses

Who is FE Clearing for?

This is for any student who is yet to secure a place to start on a study programme at college this September. It is also an opportunity if you have already had an offer for a place on one of our courses, but your plans for September have changed and you want to speak to someone about alternative options. Either way, this is your chance to chat with a pathway specialist to find out more about our programmes, what is involved, and how to enrol.

Please note this process does not include students who want to study on one of our university-level (HE) courses as our normal applications remain open. Call 0800 612 6008 and select HE clearing.

What dates and times are available?

Our doors are open! Due to demand we are offering additional “drop-in” clearing sessions on the following dates:

  • Monday 13 September 3-5pm
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout September 4-6pm

There’s no need to book an appointment, just come along and have a chat with one of our subject specialist tutors who can help you decide where your next steps could take you.

Places are filling up fast so don’t delay and pop in and see us

We can offer you a place on a study programme on the day, so please ensure you bring these things to avoid disappointment:

  • Evidence of your qualifications/grades
  • A form of ID, which can include: Passport, Birth Certificate, another form of ID card or national identification
  • Visa, Passport or Immigration documents if you are not a UK passport holder

The whole process could take over 1 hour, so please ensure you allow enough time.

Please note:

  • Places on our courses are being filled every day, so please be aware that attending a clearing appointment doesn't guarantee you a place on your chosen course.
  • Subject availability varies by level of study.

At your session, you could also apply for financial support if you are eligible. Also, if you are 19 or over, you may be able to claim back your fees. To apply and be assessed, please bring evidence of state benefits or payslips or P60 dated within the last three months.

We look forward to seeing you very soon!
