We understand the news of a third lockdown may leave everyone feeling a bit deflated. We want to reassure you that we’re on hand to support your wellbeing even if you’re not in college.

We hope you’ve had a good start to the new term and are enjoying your lessons, whether that’s online or in college.

IT student helpline has reopened

If you have any technical issues while studying at home, you can get in touch with an IT technician between 8.30am – 4.30pm on weekdays on 01865 550415.

When calling, please be sure to:

  • Make a note of the area you’re attempting to access and the error message you’re receiving
  • Have your student ID ready when calling as part of the ID verification process

UCAS deadline has been extended

For those looking to progress to university this year, the UCAS deadline has now been extended. The new deadline for 2021 entry is Friday 29 January at 6pm.

Changes to exams

With regards to what is happening with your qualifications, we’re awaiting further information from Department of Education and Ofqual, as soon as we know more, we’ll communicate this with you.

We ask that you keep attending your classes and doing all work to ensure you’re in the best possible position in when it comes to your progression.
