In 2024, the campaign theme “Inspire Inclusion” places a spotlight on the significance of diversity and empowerment across all facets of society.
To champion inclusion means to commemorate diversity and empowerment not only on International Women’s Day 2024 but everyday.
This year’s campaign theme underscores the pivotal role of inclusion in the pursuit of gender equality. It calls for concerted efforts to dismantle barriers, challenge stereotypes, and cultivate environments where all women are valued and respected. “Inspire Inclusion” urges everyone to acknowledge the unique perspectives and contributions of women from all walks of life.
When we elevate female voices and achievement, we ensure more inclusive outcomes and better representation.

In March and April 2024, female STEM leaders and experts will host sessions to local schools at Activate Learning colleges.
These leaders will offer a selection of interactive talks and workshops where students can learn more about careers in STEM from renowned companies and individuals.
